Because we work so closely with our clients we understand the need to get things done the right way, and at competitive prices. Our team has developed, and implemented, a successful Preferred Maintenance Program that we offer to our multi-family communities that consists of those services most often requested by HOA's, Condo Communities and Residential Boards (Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Landscaping) and put them on an annual, bi-yearly, or multi-monthly schedule to ensure these services are being performed each season at a discounted price. This budget friendly Maintenance Program allows our communities to maintain their appearance while keeping their costs at a minimum. I would add +++ after the five stars. I am not entirely sure how old our roof is, but probably around 15-20 years. We thought we needed a new one but opted to look into cleaning and treating instead to save money. Because we have a lot of trees, there was many years of moss buildup and debris. After a very thorough cleaning and then treatment, our roof looks good as new. Not kidding, I was shocked at the end result… very dramatic before and after. Nick and his crew were very courteous, and mindful of landscaping and cleanup as well. It was a really hot few days and they kept going until it was done. Look into it first if you think you need a new roof. It could be that it has more life in it and/or just looks really bad like mine did. It’s definitely worth the investment in my opinion.
