Our team has developed, and implemented, a successful Preferred Maintenance Program that we offer to our multi-family communities that consists of those services most often requested by HOA's, Condo Communities and Residential Boards (Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Landscaping) and put them on an annual, bi-yearly, or multi-monthly schedule to ensure these services are being performed each season at a discounted price. This budget friendly Maintenance Program allows our communities to maintain their appearance while keeping their costs at a minimum.
